Exceptionally high quality on an idyllic country estate in Vesterålen. Located by a fishing pond with salmon and trout. and 4 minutes to fjord fishing. Fantastic hiking terrain for everyone. Several easily accessible mountains for top hikes nearby. From Harstad/Narvik Airport, it takes 1.5 hours. Within 1 hour you are in Lofoten or the Andenes where they have whale watching. The entire property is available to you!

In the town of Sortland, about 10 km away, there are several good restaurants. If you want an absolutely fantastic experience, “Kvitnes Gård” is about a 30-minute drive away. NB – tables must be booked well in advance. www.kvitnes.no

Yes, you can. There is a rowing boat at the jetty, and there is some fishing equipment at the cottage.

It takes about 1 hour to drive to Svolvær, which is the center of Lofoten.

  About 45 minutes drive from Øksnes is the famous “Dronningruta”. This one is fantastic, and it is named after Queen Sonja of Norway.

Yes, there is a local golf course only 4 minute drive from the cabin. A larger golf course can be found in Vest Lofoten, about 1.5 hour drive. Lofoten Links is considered one of the world’s most spectacular golf courses. https://lofotenlinks.no/
